When we first saw this Good Vibes tank top, we knew we were in love. Just by wearing it, you bring about positivity and simply joy. How can you not feel good when you see someone wearing this? Sherry and I have been talking about this a lot lately. The world has changed. We call ourselves the lucky ones, but maybe each generation does the same.
The 80’s – The Decade That Made Us
The 80’s were an awesome time to ride your bike, play outside, get dirty, talk on the phone for hours because you lived on a farm and didn’t get a chance to see your friends that much, but we were ok with that because there was so much to do outside. When Sherry did come over, we would go on walks in the woods for hours. To this day, we both love to walk. It is engrained into our mind, body, and soul. It is the most peaceful thing I can do. There are so many times I stop on my walk and let joy rush through me. Towards the end of the decade, we starting teasing our hair a bit too much, listening to our mixed tapes (the best music decade ever!), and technology was starting to take off.
Today, things seem a little different. Whatever happened to the art of a simple wave? We used to wave at everyone no matter what. It is something so simple, but it makes you feel good! Saying hi to someone as you pass by them, makes you feel good too! Even simple things such as getting a handwritten thank you note or a telephone call can brighten your day. With all this being said, we want to challenge each and every one of you to send out good vibes. Think about it daily. Make an effort. You just might change the direction of someone’s day and make it a little brighter. Let’s bring on the Good Vibes.
