Flannel Shirt
Flannel Shirt: It’s time to put away your sleeveless tops and even your t-shirts to some extent unless you plan on layering them with cute cardigans and blazers. I like the change of season from a clothing standpoint…by this time I’m always excited to bring out my fall and winter clothing items. They are so warm and cozy. I am always cold, so it’s important I have a lot of layers. I found this flannel last year and I loved it so much, I now own three colors. It’s inexpensive, coming in at under $30, making it a piece you can own more than one. With ‘most’ things Amazon, no two pieces fit alike. I guess it’s not just Amazon, but all three of my shirts fit a little bit differently. Not by a lot, but you can tell varied differences. That being said, I love this style. There are little buttons on the sleeves so you can roll them up or leave them down. I also have included a few other flannels that are close to this style, but have different color options.
You can wear flannels over a cute graphic t-shirt, any sleeveless tank, under a sweater or blazer/cardigan. There are so many ways to wear your flannel. It’s perfect for those cool fall days.
Criss Cross Tank
Criss Cross Tank Top: This is an edgy way to add style to any outfit. Again, another solid piece costing less than $15. I’ve worn this over and over again and it’s become a closet staple. Wear it under your flannel, v-neck t-shirt, sweaters, blazers, etc. You can even wear it backwards with a low back top! It’s a piece you can definitely play with.
Leggings
Leggings: If you haven’t heard about them yet (I doubt that!), Spanx is the queen of leggings. It took me years to finally pull the trigger on a pair because they are fairly expensive. They are the best legging for pushing and tucking all the parts that need to go back to where they once were. You can see the quality of the pant as well. Some ‘cheaper’ leggings look ….cheap! This is another closet staple you will wear over and over again. Dress it up with a tunic and heels or dress it down with a sweatshirt and sneakers. Between these leggings and your criss cross tank top, you can come up with a ton of looks!
