There are tons of issues we’re all experiencing being home bound. One of the first things to close in our community was the gym. Fair enough, breeding ground for germs. After a full week of being in lock down I realized, I’m eating horribly, and I’ve barely exercised at all. Over the last three days I’ve managed to get out for walk (we can still go outside with social distance in mind) at 6am and that has helped but I’m already feeling like a need a bit more. Luckily I found Rebecca-Louise on Youtube to help keep a routine in place. So far these are my top five favorites.

I hear you. It’s hard not to eat and be lazy but the consequences are not worth it. So, I have been utilizing our stairs since we have been on lockdown and I can say it’s been a life saver. I hope you are having a good week so far and happy Tuesday!

We just added yoga videos to the blog today! I prefer that right now too. I like the at home workouts but I’d almost rather have the easy and calming yoga poses than anything else right now. This is definitely a strange time!
