Young Living Essential Oils

The Holidays are no doubt, a time mostly filled with joy and love. But lets be honest, they can also be equally paired with the inevitable stresses and anxiety as well. The list of things to do seems to be endless. Starting in November! Holiday shopping, meal preparation, holiday entertaining, travel, overnight guests, holiday parties to attend, and all of the little details to make all of those things happen. It can be daunting to say the least.

Today I’d like to introduce you to Karen Houser, a Young Living Independent Member.

If you’re anything like us, you search for those products to help you manage your health naturally. That’s why I find essential oils are…well…essential in my arsenal for combating stress. Every single day I have something brewing in my diffuser. I start the day off with an oil that’s uplifting and end the day with lavender to relax and unwind.

Stress Away

This oil not only helps aiding in calming the stress away, it smells fantastic with its lime, vanilla, lavender scent. This is a great one to start your day off right.

“Young Living inspires wellness, purpose, and abundance by distilling nature’s greatest gifts into pure essential oils. With a commitment to plant purity and essential oil potency, Young Living continues to grow, inspiring millions to transform their lives. “

Personally, I could go crazy with all of these oils-I want them all. There is something for everyone and everything. A few of my favorites for uplifting are Awake blend and Neroli single. I always wind down my day with Lavender. The diffusers in my home get a work out. Those are my must-haves. Contact Karen today to see which blend would work best for you.

One of my top goals for 2020 is to replace more of my products to natural choices. If you’ve been following us you’ll know it can be a struggle. Because some of those toxin filled products work pretty well and finding an alternative is not always easy. Karen has given us her recipe for a great replacement for your laundry detergent.  In addition to laundry detergent, you can make all kinds of cleaning products with Young Living.
