3 Ways to Think Spring with Home Decor

Think spring is one of my favorite phrases of the year. That means winter is coming to a close. If you live in Hawaii, this doesn’t apply to you…right, Sherry? I live in the Midwest where it is subzero temperatures, windy, gloomy, and everything is white or grey. You can get a pop of color with some evergreen trees if you’re lucky. Spring is a time for rebirth, new beginnings, fresh starts, beauty, and it gives you appreciation for the joys and wonders nature gives us.

Spring is also a great time to redecorate and freshen up your home. Since St. Patricks Day is around the corner and trees and grass will start to grow, green is on our mind. Here are 23 decor items we have chosen to bring a little spring into your home.

1. Bring Outside Inside

We are in love with the new fig and olive trees you are seeing everywhere. Add a little outdoor to your indoor with these greens.

2. Green Kitchen Decor

If you’ve been following us for awhile, you know we love our green Dutch oven. You can even use it to simmer some lemon + orange + rosemary + vanilla extract with some water and your kitchen will smell like spring.

3. Spring Smells

One of the most comforting ways to make your house a home is to make it smell like spring. Along with our spring potpourri recipe above, here are some other ways you can make your home smelling great. Some aren’t technically “spring” smells, but I love the green bottles and green = spring.
