  • 4 Boneless pork chops
  • Two Gala apples
  • 1 red onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp of honey dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1Tbsp Sage
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock.

Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil at about medium heat. In the meantime season both side of the pork chops with salt and pepper. I cook about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops to the side then in a small bowl whisk 3/4 cup chicken stock, garlic and Dijon Mustard together.  Chop onion and apples. Add another 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil to the pan. Add the chopped onions and apples for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour the stock mixture over the apples and onions then add the pork chops back to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes then add sage to the top!
