How to Use:
You can pop them in the fridge, but you don’t have to. They already having a cooling sensation once you apply them. However, I need all the help I can get, so mine are extra cold. Start with clean, dry skin. Tear away the backing, place them under your eyes, and take 10 minutes to relax as you enjoy the cooling sensation. After 10 minutes (this is enough time to improve blood flow), remove and throw away.
