Green Pineapple Smoothie

I start each and every day with a green smoothie. It’s the one way I know I’ll get all the nutrients I need to conquer those busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • Two handfuls of Spinch
  • 1 Cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Cups of unsweetened Almond milk
  • I switch it up each morning by adding either chia seeds or flax seeds
