Today is “nacho day” with dairy free nachos. It can be served as a snack or even as a whole meal depending on what you use for toppings. I serve mine with loads of veggies, so I can feel like I’m being sort of healthy 🙂 You can skip the meat if you want to make them vegan. This is a great filler for those times when you need something quick and delicious.
Nacho Ingredients
- Scoop corn chips
- Pico de gallo salsa
- Guac
- Lettuce
- Diced peppers
- Chopped onions (both white and green)
- Browned taco meat
- Dairy free Daiya shredded cheese (pepper jack is my fav)
- Cilantro
Dairy Free Directions
Brown hamburger and then add taco seasoning with 2/3 cup water. Simmer for about three minutes. Take off burner and set aside. On a plate, add chips and dairy free cheese. Microwave for about 20 seconds until melted. Add taco meat to your chips and any other toppings as desired. Finish with your cilantro and green onion.
