Mongolian Beef Whole 30-Gluten Free-Dairy Free
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 Tbsp Arrow Root
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
- Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped green onion
Coat the steak with 2 Tbsp of arrow root. Drizzle olive oil over medium heat then add the flank steaks. Cooking about 60-90 seconds per side. Whisk coconut aminos, oil, ginger, garlic, pepper flakes, and salt. Then add the coconut amino mixture and reduce heat for about 10 minutes. Top the steaks with green onion. I serve mine over dairy free, gluten free mashed potatoes. |
