Whole 30 Mongolian Beef {Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free}

This recipe is by far one of my favorite Whole 30 recipes and it’s so easy and flavorful. Better than a restaurant good. I serve it a few ways. But this time I put over gluten free, dairy free mashed potatoes. But I also like to stir fry broccoli with sesame seed oil then add to the beef mixture. Oh so good! 

Mongolian Beef
Whole 30-Gluten Free-Dairy Free

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 Tbsp Arrow Root
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 tsp pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped green onion

Coat the steak with 2 Tbsp of arrow root.
Drizzle olive oil over medium heat then add the flank steaks. Cooking about 60-90 seconds per side. Whisk coconut aminos, oil, ginger, garlic, pepper flakes, and salt. Then add the coconut amino mixture and reduce heat for about 10 minutes. Top the steaks with green onion. I serve mine over dairy free, gluten free mashed potatoes.
