Who doesn’t want a casual outfit for under $30?! If you are looking for something easy, this black and white combo can be mixed and matched for several different outfit options. These utility pants have an elastic waist band with a string-tie in front so you can tighten them up if you need to. The capri length is fun for a walk on the beach (dreaming here) and love the pockets in both the front and the back. There are four color options. The best way to describe these pants is one word.
