When we say feel the burn mom, we aren’t talking about that time you snuck out of the house to go to Linda’s house. However, that probably started mom’s fitness journey because she had some excess energy to blow off. Once you start working out, it’s hard to stop. It releases the happy hormone. Who doesn’t need that!?! I think we all do. I’m a mom that needs to feel the burn to get rid of the crazy. Not because of the mom part, but because I just have extra energy that needs to go somewhere. I love the feeling I get from exercise, even if that means just a walk in the woods. It’s something we all need to calm the mind, body, and soul. I don’t know that I’ve ever talked to anyone that said “I really regret that workout.”
