It’s not too late to be looking for your Easter outfit. This Easter is going to be different from any other Easter you’ve ever had and hopefully ever will! No (in person) church, no friends and family, and no going out to eat. But guess what?! There are many things to be thankful for and maybe, just maybe, this Easter will be a memory for you because you made it even more special than other years.
How can I be joyful this Easter?
Here are 10 ways:
- You can still go to church and pray together. Yes, you might not be sitting in a pew, but you can enjoy it as a family.
- Make a great meal. We are still able to go to the grocery store and get the ingredients we need to make a kick butt Easter meal.
- Play outdoor games, watch movies, or play a game of I’d Rather. It’s a great time to get to know your family better.
- Set up a time for all your (outside) family to connect and if they don’t have the technology, the old fashioned way of calling still works.
- Make a bucket list together. What are some things you want to do after this is over? What are things you want to continue to do? It’s a great time to slow down and make plans.
- Dress up. If you are like us, these days we are lucky if we get out of our sweatpants, much less brush our hair or put on makeup. Make Easter a day to put in a little extra effort.
- Shop for your Easter baskets online and early (which means now).
- Have an Easter egg hunt.
- Go for a walk together and take the time to enjoy the things nature has blessed us with.
- Be joyful! He has risen and provided all we need.

Jill – Doused in Pink
You and me both!! We’ve been so focused on getting stocked on food and toilet paper. I hope you find some goodies. I’ll be ordering mine today. 🙂
Love these styles off clothes. I am definitely on a retail therapy kick lately. It is helping with the stress off everything. But I am picking up investment pieces I can wear all the time with what I already own in my closet 🙂 http://www.bauchlefashion.com/2020/05/fashions-forecast-spring-has-sprung.html
