Today I opened my journal for the first time since March 24th, right before the world changed overnight. It was eye opening to see that date written down and the first day of this massive shift in our reality. It’s hard to believe so much time has passed. Journaling and meditation are two activities that have changed my life dramatically over the last couple of years. I realized I’d been lacking in both and it has made a difference in my overall attitude. So today I began my morning routine once again. Prayer, gratitude journaling and meditation. This is the combination that absolutely shifts my overall attitude and perspective.

Michael Sealey was my first introduction to Guided Meditation about three years ago. I always thought meditation was a joke and just didn’t get it. I thought there was no way I’d be able to calm my anxious over-thinking mind. His calm hypnotic voice made me a believer. No doubt, meditation takes time, patience and practice but its so worth it. I can honestly say since practicing meditation daily my overall anxiety has improved dramatically. Looking back there hasn’t been a time in the last couple of years that I can remember getting into that spiral of unrelenting anxious thoughts. His tranquil voice snaps me right into that meditative state. Of all the guided meditations, I always come back to his. Jason Stephenson
I like listening to Jason Stephenson’s “I Am” while walking. Although that may not be the idea, it works well for me. Couldn’t you just listen to that Australian accent all day! He has SO many to choose from. Link to Jason Stephenson’s Youtube Channel.
